ANS scores and editorial content are produced independently. Inclusion in the directory does not imply endorsement. We reserve the right to assign any ANS score based on our methodology, and scores may change over time.

3.2 Tool Submissions

By submitting a tool for inclusion, you represent that:

• You have the right to submit the tool information provided.
• All information submitted is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• You are not submitting on behalf of a tool you do not represent.

Submission does not guarantee inclusion. We may decline to list a tool at our sole discretion.

3.3 Accuracy Disclaimer

Tool features, pricing, and certifications change frequently. Always verify information directly with the tool vendor before making purchasing decisions. ComplianceDirectory is not liable for decisions made based on directory content.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape or systematically extract data from the Site without written permission.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent tool information.
• Attempt to manipulate ANS scores or game our submission system.
• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Reproduce or resell our editorial content without attribution and permission.
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the Site or its infrastructure.

All content on ComplianceDirectory — including ANS scores, editorial reviews, methodology documentation, and site design — is owned by or licensed to ComplianceDirectory and protected by copyright law.

Tool names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance in our directory does not imply affiliation or endorsement by those companies.
